As with any business, sometimes things don’t go quite to plan. If that ever happens, there’s no need to become an internet troll – we’re very friendly and you’re far more likely to get your problem solved if you get in touch and tell us what the problem is rather than venting to people who can’t help you. We’d like to do what we can to fix the situation as well as understand what went wrong so we can avoid a repeat. We have generous returns policies and we’ll appreciate the opportunity to put things right if you’re good enough to contact us and let us know something was amiss.
